- When : November 2023 to October 2025, a total investment of 2.1 billion KRW (18 billion KRW from the government) will be made. 
-  What : to conduct practical research and development on amphibious infiltration suits. 
-  How : utilizing aerogel blanket composite materials and processing technology, aimed at maintaining the original lightweight, high insulation, and hydrophobic properties of aerogels.
• Utilization Fields of Research
- Military Sector : Lightweight and insulated military products for extreme environmental conditions such as ponchos, sleeping bags, tents, cold weather clothing, all-weather combat boots, and gloves.
- Civilian Sector : Effective outdoor products, firefighting equipment, insulation for agricultural facilities, transportation and storage for cold chain, winter battery discharge prevention covers, interior materials for construction, all of which are lightweight and insulating.
